Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee (₹49–₹99) may apply depending on the destination.


International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to select countries.
Estimated Delivery Time: 10–21 business days (depending on customs and local postal services).

Customs & Duties:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Please check your country’s import policies before placing your order.


Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or from your order status page.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the parcel, we can reship the order once additional shipping charges are paid. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling fees.


Damaged or Lost Shipments
